We are located in portage Pa! As the owner I specialize in all things lashes, hair extensions, and vivid hair. My employee Jen specializes in all things cuts, perms, grey coverage. Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours require a non refundable 30% cancellation fee charge to your card on file.
Appointments cancelled within 48hours will have a non refundable 20% cancellation fee charge to the card on file.
No call no show appointments will be charged a non refundable 40% no show fee to the card on file. Failure to call or show up to an appointment will also result in a need to pay the base pay for your future appointment ahead of time in order to book any future appointment.
Being late to appointments happens therefor we allow a ten minute grace period, but due to the way we book we cannot take you after that grace period. You will be prompted to reschedule and a 15$ late fee will be added to your following appointment.
