We are located in portage Pa! As the owner I specialize in all things lashes, hair extensions, and vivid hair. My employee Jen specializes in all things cuts, perms, grey coverage. Our goal is to make every one leave feeling better than when they walked through our threshold. We are a team of two who love what we do.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours require a non refundable 30% cancellation fee charge to your card on file. Appointments cancelled within 48hours will have a non refundable 20% cancellation fee charge to the card on file. No call no show appointments will be charged a non refundable 40% no show fee to the card on file. Failure to call or show up to an appointment will also result in a need to pay the base pay for your future appointment ahead of time in order to book any future appointment. Being late to appointments happens therefor we allow a ten minute grace period, but due to the way we book we cannot take you after that grace period. You will be prompted to reschedule and a 15$ late fee will be added to your following appointment.
